Hotel is available from 2 p.m. on December 9th to 10 a.m. on December 11th

1. The reservation includes 2 nights without breakfast. The hour for check in is 14.00 and for check out - 10.00. The guests are requested to check out on the 11.12.2009 till 10.00. There will be a possibility to leave the baggage in the hotel's baggage room. The guests are charged with the costs of accommodation before 9 December 2009 and after 11 December 2009.

2. The guests are requested to pay for personal extras like phone, fax, minibar, bar at the hotel reception desk before departure.

3. The guests, who will decide not to come without informing the organizers to cancel the reservation till 30.11.2009 will be charged with the costs of accommodation.
