Hotel is available from 2 p.m. on April 26th to 12 a.m. on April 28th

1. The reservation includes 2 night with breakfast. The hour for check in is 14.00 and for check out - 12.00. The guests are requested to check out on the 28.04. till 12.00. There will be a possibility to leave the baggage in the hotel's baggage room. The guests are charged with the costs of accommodation before 26 April 2010 and after 28 April 2010.

2. The guests are requested to pay for personal extras like phone, fax, minibar, bar at the hotel reception desk before departure.

3. The guests, who will decide not to come without informing the organizers about the cancellation till 19.04.2010 will be charged with the costs of accommodation.

! Please attach a JPEG 24-bit passport-sized photograph to each application. The photograph size should be 200 x 280 pixels with no compression. The file name should indicate first and last name of the delegate, e.g.: smith_john.jpg.
